Guess the breed?

I wonder if anyone can help - this bantam was dumped on us last night. A bloke just knocked on the door and asked if we'd take her!

I've quarantined her - but I can't identify the breed or hybrid. She's a bantam and she's got some fluffy cheek feather stuff going on, white legs, orange eyes and a tail very similar to a Dutch Bantam. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We've called her "Misty".
