Guess the bunny mix?

Peter rabbit was a rescue. He is nine (included I picture from when he was three yrs old, on a box for better size reference) The tuft of fur on his neck makes me think lion head somewhere in his breed. He is really small, but when stretched out is surprisingly long (shockingly so, but I can’t seem to find a photo of it) short haired (minus his neck) super soft and slick hair, even a flea comb won’t grasp it.
Any guesses? I think I need to breed test all my animals
