Honestly, with these birds because of their rosecomb, it's kind of hard to tell until they're a little bit older. I have some the same age as yours, and I'm still not real sure. You won't know for sure with the rosecombs until their second molt of adult feathers start at about 4 months.
Just looking at them and comparing them to mine, I would say that Hotwing looks more like a roo and Nugget looks more like a pullet. I say this because Hotwing's comb in obviously larger then Nuggets. The feathering doesn't mean much at this point because it's only their first set of feathers. When the adult feathers come in, they will be obviously different.
