Someone wanna have a poke on what Zoot here might be a mix of? I'm insanely curious about it but have no idea of the possibilities. Leggie shot with our clean faced EE as well.

As for breed, I have no idea, EEs are mutts in general.

Edit: sorry, reading again, I guess you were not curious on gender. She is one pretty bird

With these sorts of EEs, they've been around for a long, long time. They aren't like a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd generation mix. They were from South American breeds and have been bred mutt to mutt for years Sort of like if your dog takes a DNA test and comes back part "super mutt."

Well, she's a hatchery EE... In the ameraucana type. Hatcheries breed their ee x ee for generations, occasionally throwing a pure ameraucana into the mix to refreshe the blue egg gene.
There's also the Cream Legbar type; with the crests. And this is besides all of the 'designer' types; the lakeshore egger, blue bells, green queens.... these are all easter eggers as well.

I've chatted a hatchery to see if they'd reveal what their/our EEs were a mix of, and the rep either didn't know or wouldn't reveal it. The recipe is probably extremely complex.

Once upon a time they threw some Ameraucana roosters into a pen of random mixed layers.

Then they bred those chicks to each other.

And so on.
