I know my RPs and chocolate birds went through a juvenile stage where they seemed to have dotted feathers. As those were replaced with their adult feathers, it confirmed the semi-pearling I’d seen by their wavy young keet head stripes."If it has a broad stripe on top of its head, it is fully pearled. It CANNOT be Royal Purple, Chocolate, Buff, Bronze, Coral Blue, Opaline, or any of the attenuated colors."
