Guinea chick started zipping last night then stopped

Hi all, new poster here just looking for guidance. First time hatching from our guineas.. (first time hatching anything!)

yesterday, day 28 I noticed this at about 5pm, it's not really made any progress overnight but still cheeps and pokes its beak out of the top of the hole. I am a bit concerned it hasn't got any further. the membrane seems to be getting darker. should I be thinking about helping it today? really keen to give it a chance having come this far
(edit to say i'm in the UK, and it's now late morning)

well I left it until it had been 24 hours without any progress, and then gave it a gentle help. it's now prancing around the incubator looking quite good. Unfortunately i think the other eggs are duds so now have a new problem to try and find it a buddy
