Yes, there are some differences when hatching guinea eggs. This article provides a good overview.

I dry incubate guinea eggs. They have very hard shells, so hatching can be a challenge for the keets. Also, I would feed a higher protein feed (like gamebird) to young keets, rather than chick starter.
