Guinea fowl chicken mix?!?

We have about 300 chickens, with about 10-15 roosters, and we have a few guinea fowl as-well. I realized our roosters have been breeding the guineas. Would it be wrong to incubate them? Because I have seen people do it successfully, but I don't know if they’re would be any likely birth defects?

They likely will fail before hatch in the egg and any that hatch and live will be sterile.
