Guinea Fowl

We have 5 guinea fowls (3 pearl, 1 white, and 1 coral blue). I don't know how to tell which ones are girls/boys... How do you tell the difference?

By the way, they are about three and a half months.

Only way I know how is to listen to them. The males make a single sound call, sort of 'ack ack ack'

the females make a double call, ack ACK ack ACK ack ACK.

the problem you'll have is with the 3 pearls, remembering which one is which unless you band them, or if they each have very different head markings, etc.

Like posted before only girls make the 2 sylable "buck wheat" call. Boys and girls make the call that sounds kind of like a machine gun. lol

Like the others said, the easiest way to sex them is by their different calls. Just in case you've never heard the female's call, here it is:
