Hi everyone,
One of my 3-week-old guinea keets quit walking after I picked him up and places him in an outdoor brooder. I assume that he got injured as he was running around just fine before I picked him up! Nothing strange happened during the transfer.
While I can't SEE anything wrong with its legs, they are straight, not swollen. His hips seem to be fine too. But when he's resting, his poor little legs are pulled up and won't seem to straighten when he tries to walk. The tops of his little feet are pulled up into its breast. Has anyone had this happen before? The poor little thing has been like this since Saturday! The other keet is fine.
This is not spraddle or splay legs.
