Guinea keets leg broken

We have some guinea keets about a month old I believe. We had put them outside in a nursery that my husband built. Unfortunately our mastiff was pushing on the nursery an one of the guineas had gotten its leg up under the wood and it's now broke. He is acting fine not like he is in pain but I am not sure what to do for his leg. I read some say to put him down which I just can't do while others say to wrap duct tape around it. It does not look swollen or anything but my husband says it is definitely broke up at the top. PLEASE help. What can I do for this little guy

I would try to splint it if you havent already .. otherwise as long as its getting around eating and drinking .. i wouldnt worry too much about it..
