I need help with my guineas they keep sleeping in trees and now one is injured we cleaned the wound now what???!

Not sure which problem you want help with.. do they have an enclosure to sleep in? You'll need to coax them down before nightfall- they can't see in the dark so in the tree they'll stay. Treats, calling, lights if it's dusky out.
Where is the wound, how bad?

We live on a highway so I don't let them out of their yard unless I'm outside. I've heard too many stories about them getting hit by cars. They have a huge fenced in area and have never even tried to get on or over the fence do I guess they're happy there. One night the gate blew open just enough for 3 to go through. The ruckus was RIDICULOUS! 3 screaming on the outside and 5 screaming on the inside. The 3 had no idea how to walk back in the gate and were trying to walk through the actual fence instead
