Guinea with a broken leg! What to do?

We were missing a guinea at coop up time and I had heard them calling by our creek earlier in the day. We looked and looked with no luck and finally brought my dog Jack in to track her- he found her in 30 seconds! She was in the water, kind of huddled on some grass. I plucked her out- she was very wet and very cold. I brought her in the house and dried her off and discovered that her leg is broken. It's dangling from high up but I haven't been able to manipulate it too much to find out exactly where. Any advice? What can I give her for pain? I have her wrapped in a towel in a cat carrier for now. I do have a vet appointment for my dog tomorrow, I'm going to see if they'll take a look at our guinea girl too. Oh boy.
