This might be a silly question, but I'm planning on getting several Guineas - probably not until the spring... but we're planning on free-ranging them near our old barn which is beautifully full of swallows. Will the Guineas affect the swallows or bother them at all? Does anyone know?

I'd bet on the swallows. If they are settled there, they will tolerate a lot. We used to milk the cows in our old stall barn with cats underfoot, much human walking back and forth right under nests, shaking straw around, dogs barking, whatever. The swallows flew in and out doing their thing , raising their families. Just never put an open bucket under the nest.
