After you've had Guineas for a while you'll begin to recognize what the different vocalizations mean. Everyone is familiar with the sound of complaining Guineas but there is one other very similar in sound that has significance. That is a voice that says there is trouble and someone should be checking on it.

I missed it this morning when the Guineas started but my Alfa dog didn't. He went straight to the window to look out to see what they were having such a fit over. He only does this when its that "sound" for trouble. Looking out of the window was not enough he wanted out to go patrol his kingdom to make sure all was well. The Guineas probably found a cat and had already sent it packing by the time I let Alf out to help.

Team work keeps um safe.
