Guineas being bullied or at the bottom of the pecking order

I recently got 2 guineas for ticks so I left them in isolation until roosting time and but them in the coop and everything was fine until morning all the chickens are fine for the most part except my 3 month old barred rock who actually pecked a deep hole into one of the Guineas legs so i took out both guineas and am keeping the in a small coop and spraying vetricin wound care on it but if I want to rentroduce them to the chickens how should I go about it

how many chickens do you have and how old are they? how old are the guineas and how big is the coop?

I have 14 chickens with a 10 by 15 coop most of my chickens are 3 months but I have 4 that are 5 months old and the guineas are 4 months old and they free range during the day
