When they were babies, They had a tote that I cut the bottom out of to sleep in at night and keep warm. Well I put the tote in the run when I moved them outside so they can be comforted in it if they get scared. I never took it out, because well.....I forgot.

So move forward 4 weeks. I let the guinneas out of the kennel (they sleep in it every night to stay safe) and into the run. I come back with their food to find 2 of them in the tote, running into the side of it over and over again, thinking they will eventually pound a hole into it and get out. I walk over to the tote, and they stand up strait to look at me (they are taller then the tote), then duck back in and continue to do head rams into the side, now frantic to get out because they are in a position where I can catch them and eat them...

So yeah. Never mind they could have easielly jumped out...or FLY out. I guess head butting a plastic wall over and over was the best idea they had to correct the situation.

This post is partially dedicated to the poster of the "can guinneas live in the wild" thread. Here is your answer....
