Gunieas for meat?

I saw a few recipies for guniea fowl and I was wondering if anyone has tried it before and how do they taste?

A friend of mine has. He said it was like chicken, but all dark meat.

It's like a gamey sort of dark meat chicken. It's good, very good.

It's very rewarding. A mild gamey taste, and the meat can dry out very quickly when cooking/roasting etc so make sure to baste often.
