Gut Busters for the Week of 1/25

ROFLMAO!!!! I wasn't even close to being out of bed when you posted this!!!!


Brunch---Bread Pudding with peaches, glass of milk

Dinner---Baked chicken, stuffin', steamed carrots & broccoli

It wasn't so bad. I ate it between slices of carrots, with a bit of malt vinegar
 
well, i'm a day off. but here is yesterday's meals from what i remember

brkfst: leftover frittata, mocha

50 min. workout

lunch: salad with walnuts, cheese(bit too much), and dressing, mocha
snack: biscotti

dinner: oh no. we went out to a chinese restaurant and it was sooo good. family style with about 10 of us there. i ate a lot of food and we'll leave it at that.

Yesterday I had:

three apples
two bananas
lean pocket
lasagna
TWO Pepsis
two boxes (the individual sized lol) of cereal
milk
tea

Yesterday was not a good day...
 
Well so far today I've only had some pineapple & pears. Just not getting started today. Woke up with another headache and must have slept in the wrong position cuz my ribs are killing me. Either that or somebody had a bad dream last night and pounded me.

LOL Funny story. Lurchie is an ex-marine and wrestling junkie. When we were first together, he would put me in head locks and "bulldog" me into the matteress. All while being totally asleep!!! I learned quick if I struggled he would just tighten his grip. If I just relaxed he would let go in a minute. He kept it up until one night when I must have been PMSing and B-itc* slapped him out of the bed!! If you could have seen the look on his face.

they fall in line pretty quickly, dont they? just bark like a drill sargent.

brkfst: 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter, mocha
snack: banana
lunch: mocha, sauteed cabbage and carrots
snack: apple with peanut butter
dinner: kale and cannelini soup. was pretty good with some parm. cheese

50min workout. i think i'm finally on a schedule with the workouts!​

Good to know!

Yesterday I had:

banana, yogurt
chicken with basil cream sauce
Pepsi
cheeseburger from BK and small fries

Wasn't that bad I guess.

Today:
yogurt, apple
santa fe style beans and rice
sunkist

dinner:
ribeye steaks on the George Foreman grill, mashed taders, corn
 
i started out OK...

brkfst: english muffin, cheese, 2 eggs, mocha
snack: latte
lunch: yogurt, cereal, apple, a few pita chips
dinner: lots of smoked salmon with sour cream on crackers. bowl of broccoli just to get a veggie in there.

it doesn't sound so bad, but I feel like I ate so much salmon. i am so weak around smoked salmon. sour cream - no fat there. lol at least I got some omega's.

Today:

yogurt

sunkist, frozen weight watchers entree

water, milk, pork chops, corn, mac n cheese

peach pie and ice cream for desert
 
brkfst: oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar, mocha
snack: cheese - tried to make mozzarella but it turned into ricotta instead. its still yummy.
lunch: breaded chicken, broccoli
snack: apple with peanut butter, mocha
dinner: its really hard having house guests. so far we've had lots of bread with olive oil and wine. baked garlic, cheese, chicken and pasta coming.

no workout 'cause it was a snow day and had the bean all day. did a lot of shoveling though.
