I would let them get a little more yellow. From the pic, they still look pretty green. Maybe it is just the light? You have 2, you could always pick one and test it out!

Oh I see it hiding over on the right! I thought it was light reflecting off of a leaf! You can always pick one and if it's not ready, it will ripen after you pick it. They just taste better if they ripen on the plant, just like tomatoes.
