I have a Tom and a Hen and was wondering if it's okay to keep them in the same enclosure while the hen is nesting? If not, can they be in adjacent enclosures?

It depends on the Tom. If he leaving her alone it's fine, otherwise separate them by a wire fence so they can see each other but the Tom can't bother her.
