What breed are they? If they are Pekins I would be interested. How much would shipping be to MN do you think

Thanks for the responses. Found a home for them locally, but to satisfy curiosity, I am unsure of breed. A friend of mine rescued them from Rural King. They were filthy and in bad shape, even according to the girl that worked there. But again, thanks for being willing to help!
