hands and feet

For an art project in school, we have to draw realistic hands and feet. I have absolutely NO idea on how to do this or even attempt it. Help!

My daughter is studying people and doing life drawing at school. She uses a mirror and draws her own hands and feet in the mirrir. You could try that.

take a photo and play with it on the computer to make the dark and light areas more obvious to help you draw them
