Handy resources for beginners?

Hello Everyone. This is Joshua, all the way from Ethiopia. New to this site. Came across the web on a documentary I was researching on Youtube.
Planning to start a commercial chicken farm in couple of months. Wanted to hear for resource suggestions that can apply for beginners from ya'll professionals.

I'd say that for starting commercial operations you may be best served checking out the Food and Agriculture websites for downloads - there are some good resources there. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=fao+chicken&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari. There's also a great online resource called The Organic Farmer. Whilst East African based, Ethiopia is near enough for those resources to be relevant. http://www.theorganicfarmer.org/

If you've never kept chickens before, then starting small and learning is the best way to begin. I wish you the best with your project.
