hanging out in nest-box a lot, no eggs

We have 4 pullets about 6 months old. 3 have been laying great for a few weeks. The lone hold-out has been in the nest-box a lot, occasionally making egg aying noises but no eggs. This has been going on for about a week. Just noticed today that she's pooping in the nest-box and seems less interested in food/treats than normal. Any ideas?
