Hanky Panky

I have a 1 year old gander and a 14 week old female. Was not expecting any hanky panky for a while, but the last 2 days he has been mounting her in the pond.. My question is, is this ok for her only being 14 weeks old??? We got her when she was 3 days old and he has done a fabulous job of helping raise her, i just really really didnt expect that yet..lol shes not even laying yet..

Seems kinda of young, I was surprised when my oldest gander began mating with my 4 month old Buff last fall she was willing too. she didn't lay a egg till late Feb this year though.
