This is a stupid question but does rooster poop look the same as hen poop or is differently shaped than an egg?

How soon after hatching eggs in an incubator should you try to move chicks under a setting hen? I have moved her and her eggs she's setting on to a separate cage and she's still sitting, so it seems safe. Should I wait till nite to place them under her?
