My big boy Elvis - he’s not show quality but he’s a sweetheart and I love him dearly. His sexy blue suede shoes are to protect my girls because he’s still only about a year and a half old - and very clumsy with his spurs.

I love your intro!

The farmer across the road raises a lot of Brahmas and I raise silkies. A couple of years ago she got the bright idea once to take a little white satanic rooster we were going to cull to see if she could cross them. I'll just say it didn't work, but he's still over there riding her girls. They squat down so he can reach to get up there.

Hahaha my rooster is a white silkie and watching him try to hop up on our Wyandotte that's double his size is hilarious! She lets em tho, they all accept him, just not early in the morning when he chases them and tries to be forceful about it. Later when he calms down more they finally lay down for him.

Anyone else have a super horny rooster soon as you open the coop door? He does it for like 10min and then he gives up the chasing act.

Oh my goodness YES! My boys are the first out the coop door and then they're just waiting - ready to pounce! The girls run full speed away... He lives for that...lol I guess it's just a morning glory lmfao
