Happy Egg Laying Days

We have 4 chickens hatched about 4/1--2 Golden Comets and 2 Easter Eggers. Just wanted to share how wonderful they are doing. One easter eager is not laying yet but for the last 2 weeks most days we get 3 eggs--2 huge brown ones and a smaller pretty green one. Its so fun! Can't wait to see what the other Easter Egger lays when she starts. I love my chickens!!!!

Happy for you. My chickens also started laying. The suspense of waiting for her to lay is impossibly hard.

We have two Golden Comets in our flock of nine, and they are the most reliable and most perfect layers. We also have three EE's who haven't started laying yet, but I can't wait to get those colors!
