Happy Hen

Hello,
I have 5 hens and my 10 month old Cocchin hen has stopped laying eggs and doesnt come out of her coop unless I take her out. This has been for a week now.
She also has lost her feathers on her chest. It is not worms. When I do take her out she seems normal but will chase the other hen I got with her when they were
a few days old. There are no fleas or bugs on her either. Any ideas? Thanks, Lori
