Hi my name is Chea- 10 months ago I got my australorp, speckled sussex and two of the silliest sweetest buff laced polish chicks and became an excited first time chicken owner. Just when I thought I couldn't be happier 2 months ago I got my 1st egg- now happy and satisfied. My 80 lb dog and my cat love hanging out with 'the girls' as much as I do. Lol my dog mostly to be included in the treats. I live in the northeast. I am constantly googling chicken questions and BYC seems to be the place I always end up so this is the obvious next step. Besides, I have no FB so where else would I post my hundreds of chickens pics. I live on Cape Cod and know of many ppl with backyard chickens. They are a constant resource as well. Looking forward to learning and laughing here at BYC even more than I am now. Thank you!
