Hard bump on hens eye

This is my 8 month old Easter Egger. She has a hard bump next to her eye. Her eye is watery and she scrathes it. Does anyone know what it is and how I should treat it?

The scab next to the eye could possibly be fowl pox, except it doesn't look exactly like that. Your chicken's pupil looks very dilated (enlarged) Is the other eye like that? Did your chicken have a Mareks vaccination? Look at the eye closely to see if there is anything unusual--eyeworm is rather rare, but if she had this, she would be scratching it like crazy.
