Hi, I had a chicken that I thought was egg bound. I did everything I could for her for a week. She still passed but I was curious to know what the mass was. So I opened her up. Has anyone every seen this before?

Wow. That is one sick chicken. I'm gonna guess cancer. You might consider posting a link to this post in the emergencies forum and asking there, folks might even be able to give you insight into type of cancer? With chickens, some cancers are viral, and can spread within a flock, so this could be important info for you. Not that there's much you can do to stop them.

Do you have any zoomed out pictures showing where exactly you were cutting? Its somewhat hard to place these pictures in context on the body of the bird.

Don't know what your plans are, but whatever else you do, I would not eat this chicken, or any others that you open up that look like her.

I recently saw similar and @Eggcessive provided information and links. I'll try to find it, or she may be on and help.

Yes, it does look like salpingitis (inflammation of the oviduct) from E.coli bacterial infection. It is a common disease in laying hens characterized by large masses of caseous egg material inside the abdomen. Here are some pictures of it in this article:
