I would think a guy with YOUR skills (coop envy in SPADES for that awesome building you're finishing up!) could easily save the nearly 200 bucks on the commercial automatic door and build one like this guy did:

I bought that one a few weeks ago and we love it! it was very easy to install and came with everything. I highly recommend it.

I am using that door and it works reliably and fine. It is especially terrific in the morning when the chickens can go out as they like and I don't have to go over to the barn until I've had a cup of coffee and I'm ready for the day.
