has anyone evr mixed a buff orpington with a maran?

i was wondering what a buff orpington and a maran mixed would look like? I have a BO hen and blue copper maran rooster and wanted to breed them together!

I think it will be cool to find out ! I have a Buff silkie rooster and black australorp hen, the babies are so cute! they are black with little "hats" and feathered feet , Body is smooth. and they have gold necklace around their neck ! I will try to take pictures! by the way they lay light brown eggs.

This is half buff silkie and half black australorpe. She lays light brown eggs. same size as silkies eggs. Sorry she does not have a name ! What should I name her?

Yes she lays almosts every day! they are light brown same size eggs as silkies!

Im Going to mix my black astrolurp with my white silkie rooster next spring. I wonder if it will look like that but white were the brown is?

I have two that look exactly like yours here. They have silkie feet and this same coloring. One seems like it might be a rooster, the other a hen. I can't wait for the eggs. They are so little compared to my Reds and Barred Rock.
