Has your chicken ever laid this?

Went out to collect the eggs this morning and this is what I found in the hen box. My girl who laid this appears normal, however she did grab one of the kid’s hotdogs that fell on the ground 2 days ago. Going to get more oyster shells, but curious to know if this is a serious problem or just too much sodium and not enough calcium. Thanks! Oh, and BB is one of 2 hens and free ranges around the yard most days.

Looks like an egg which was laid before the shell developed, and possibly busted. It happens sometimes. There is a forum about deformed eggs.

How old is the bird that laid this...and how long has she been laying?
Was the shell thin?
I doubt it was the hot dog but how much did she eat?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?
