Hatch calendar confusion ?

I set eggs in incubator at 1200 am on 1-11-2012 ( wed. ) so today is hatch day right? I have been reading on some post and it says if you set on wed. Hatch day is same day 3 weeks later so I'm confused because today is Tuesday ?

Assuming you are hatching chickens, and not some other kind of bird... Your hatch day is officially 2/1/12.

But remember, that birds don't exactly hatch to the day. Some can come a day or two early, or late.

They should have been put on lockdown after 18 days (1/29/12) and hatching could have begun as early as that. But they can be late, too. So they could be hatching now or over the next couple of days.

Here's a link for you to use. Also remember that they don't always hatch on the due date. I've had day 25 hatches and some have said they had them at dy 28. Don't panic, and don't give up.
