Hatch calendar confusion ?

I set eggs in incubator at 1200 am on 1-11-2012 ( wed. ) so today is hatch day right? I have been reading on some post and it says if you set on wed. Hatch day is same day 3 weeks later so I'm confused because today is Tuesday ?

It depends on when you set them during the day. You set them at 12:00am on wednesday so i think you should include wednesday as a day since it was in the incubator all day wednesday. Now if you set them at 12:00pm on wednesday, you would just say that your first day is thursday.
