Hatch day and some not hatched what to do

Hi all I was looking for a bit of advice 3 out of my 9 chick eggs have hatched and one is currently zipping I can see no other movements from the rest of the eggs, my question is when the 4th eggs hatches can i open the incubator to put the chicks under the brooder and remove the shells?

Yes, i always wait and move chicks after they have dried off.
Opening the incubator briefly and removing chicks and shells is not a problem.

Brilliant thank you! It would nearly seem unfair to leave them in any longer than needed
