Hatch one or start over

I had 6 eggs in the incubator. Only one is going to hatch,. I have a broody hen. If she takes in the one chick now would see take in more if I hatched them in 21 days?

No. Once she bonds with the first chick she will accept it as her offspring. After three weeks she will almost certainly try to kill any new chicks you give to her.
