hatch rate :)

just this morning i woke up to my chicks !!!! i put 32 in the incubator , 31 were firtile

i dropped two while turning but over all got 26 little chicks 4 rhoad island red and 22 light sussex i was wundering if i should have got all 29 hatching and any advice on next time

there are several people that wrote that they have 100% hatch rate.

good hatch rate usually happen by good handling start from the hens and roo fertility, food and stress level, to handling eggs and incubation system (temp, RH, etc.).

but, there's no 100% warranty of 100% hatching..

keep in my mind that good handling results in good result.
