hatchcraft incubator

Looking at one of these incubators.

Good looking and holds plenty of eggs.

Does any one use one?

I have both an incubator and hatcher made by Hatchcraft and love them both! But the hatcher is leaking water out of the front door and I am wondering what is causing that and how to fix it. The humidity is right at 65%, the chicks hatch out well but I don't think that there should be puddles under the front of the unit or mold growing inside. The weather stripping around the door is like a soaked sponge and we are getting water damage to the wood floor under it.

Hi Sally . I spoke to KSKINGBEE on the phone . We worked out his digital hygrometer ( did not come with the incubator) was faulty and reading very low. In order for condensation to form In one of my incubator, the humidity would have to be 90 percent or higher.
