Hatched too early

This little chick looks liked it hatched too early.
Is there anything I can do to save it’s life?
It has shell stuck to his bum and eyes are closed.
It is breathing however and peeping.
But not getting up...

Is the yolk still attached it’s a goner if it isn’t the membrane might have dried and hardened if that’s the case carefully peel the shell off the chick
