hatcheries policy on mix ups

What do most of the large hatcheries do if you do not get the breed you ordered? Do they re-ship, refund or say too bad?
I placed an order a couple of months ago for one breed and I don't think all of my chicks are what I ordered. I am not complaining or trying to slam the hatchery, I just want to know what others have done in this situation, and what resolutions they came to.
 
Depends on the hatchery, they'll each have thier own rules, so you'll most likely have to call them and ask.
 
I ordered ten lavender silkie chicks from Ideal, and they sent me blue and black chicks. They would have reshipped my order, but they were sold out of the lavenders so they refunded my money.
