Hello does anybody know of a hatchery that ships full grown birds? because it seems like all of the hatcheries ship babys.

That's kind of the point, they hatch them and ship them out.
There are a few places that sell started pullets by they are not cheap to buy or ship. You local area is a much better option.

Might be worth checking out Craigslist in your area, or your state chat on this forum. There will typically be someone looking to rehome or sell chickens. It will likely be difficult to find chickens specific to certain breeds, but you might get lucky.
