Hatchery substituions??

Ugh! I went to pick up my chicks from the post office this morning only to find HALF of my birds had been substituted for not only a different color but an entirely different breed! Has anyone had this happen?? I never minded the occasional chick or two being substituted but this is too much. Just had to vent!

What hatchery did you order from ??
I thought they only substitute if you specifically tell them what breed you want as "second" choice. When I ordered they asked me if they could substitute and with what

I thought they wouldn't sub without asking, at least not half my order! I got them from McMurray. Nothing on their website about subbing anything but a second choice either. I'm so upset. I would've planned differently for my incubator had i known!!
