I set my eggs on 05/23 at 5:10 am. Am I right in thinking that I take the turner out and kick up the humidity on Thurs 06/10 am? That would be day 18-right? Is that when I kick the humidity up and lock the bator down? Also, what do I do if the humidity drops (or raises) too much during the last 3 days? If I need to add water to keep humidity up, how do I do that without opening the bator? Also, when do I remove the vent plugs during the hatch-after all or some have hatched? I know these are probably dumb questions, but I am a 1st timer--sorry and thanks for ya'lls patience.

Sounds right to me!

To re-fill water containers, you can use a small hose (i use air tubing for aquariums) and a large syringe, or turkey baster. If you have to open it to refill, throw a warm, wet paper towel in to keep humidy up while refilling. If it gets too high, remove the plugs.

I open one plug when I see the first couple external pips, and depending on how that affects my humidty I may open the second.

You don't have to add water at all until the end of the hatch. I just place some warm damp paper towels in. Let the plugs out if it gets too humid.
