Hatching baby chickens in a 5 gallon bucket.

Keep it simple and with what works.

Plus, if you are in an older house, and/or putting it outside possibly in the future, or just want an outside option, you'll want low watt settings so you can go for the most compatibility.

Our house is a really old house. I used to have mixed feelings about that. But now I realize its a bonus for things like agriculture or backyard hobby stuff, because the goal of agriculture is to produce cheaply.

If you have to use tons of cash for it, you've ended up losing also, if you have to rely on its income.

You could do a 60 watt setup. Lots of people on Youtube do it this way, so there shouldn't be problems with it.

Doing it in a 5 gallon bucket is genius! Very economical...as long as you don't have a lot of chicks in there lol. Then it would be kind of shocking.
