With 3 pips so far. Toward the top right on the edge of where the light starts to wash things out there is a little white spot on the egg. That's a missing chunk of shell. 2 others near it are pipped as well.

Lots of little pips but nothing beyond that. I'm going to bed soon so hopefully there will be little quail on the cam tomorrow morning.

1 is zipping. Chick out in the next 10mins. 5am though and I've only had 4hrs of sleep so far so i'm going back to bed.

9 of my 11 buttons hatched the night before last. At 4 pm there was nothing. By 9pm everyone was bouncing around. Just like popcorn!

Cute little devils, aren't they? Congrats on your hatch-in-progress. I am waiting on the chickens now!

I don't know how many are out. The little buggers hopped my barrier and are running around off camera. There's still several zipped and a few new pips so I'm trying to wait to move most of them. I did move 4 out and helped one that was in the carton and zipped the bottom of the egg. That meant I got to band that one so I know what it is. There's 3 of my ones I wanted to keep track of lost in with the rest of the group though.

Cam will be moved to the brooder as soon as hatch is finished enough I can get them all out of the incubator.
