Hatching chicken eggs day 21 nothing yet

Hello it's day 21 of my hatch with my own chickens eggs and there isn't even a visible pip the last I candled the chicks were still moving and doing great so should I just wait it out or what should I do I raised the humidity a little bit for them all replies are welcome thanks

I really hope they are ok but is it normal to have this happen sometimes or are they just not going to hatch thanks
